Job Title: Business Development Specialist (Contract, Remote)

Job Description:
Muguet LTD, an international company specializing in the creation and development of cosmetics brands, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. With offices in England, UAE, Turkey, and Iran, Muguet is expanding its operations to establish a strong presence in the European market, Mainly France. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own location.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager, reporting directly to them, to support our market entry efforts in Paris.
- Perform various tasks related to market entry affairs, including company registration, immigration procedures for foreign managers, acquisition and setup of a production site, tax registration, and similar administrative duties.
- Liaise with external partners, government authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient execution of market entry activities.
- Support the Business Development Manager in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes in France to adapt our market entry approach accordingly.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of market entry activities to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or market entry roles, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with the local business environment, regulations, and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in company registration, immigration procedures, or tax registration in France will be an advantage.
